BLOG POST #10

This is a picture of the Anthers surrounding the Stigma. This shows that the flower has both male and female anatomy. In most cases the flower is one gender. The male and females are two individuals and not one flower.

This is a picture of the Anther of the flower. The Anther produces pollen grains. Anther is where the producing of the haploid male gametophytes. This is the male anatomy of the flower.

This is the part of the Carpel name stigma which is the tip of the Carpel. The Stigma is a sticky portion and is where pollen land. The Style is connected to the Stigma and it is a Stalk for the Stigma. the Stigma and Style is part of the female in the flower.

This is a picture of a flower that has its part ripped off except the Ovary. The Ovary has been sliced in the middle and find the Ovule which is the unfertilized seeds of the plants. The Ovules has been removed and shown ( the green dot near the stem). P.s I know its small.
